How to Change your IBC Voicemail settings
Step 1: Log into SaskTel Voice Mail
How to Setup Call Routing
Step 1: Click on the gear icon beside call routing to set up a phone number to route your calls to.
Step 2: Type in the phone number you would like the calls to be routed to and name the device you are sending it to.
For example 306-222-2222 and iphone
Step 3: Click on the calendar icon beside call forwarding
Step 4: Click in the cell under the date and time that you want calls to be forwarded to you other device or voicemail.
Step 5: When you click in the cell you will get a dropdown menu. Choose either the device name you put in step 2 or if you want calls to be forwarded to voicemail choose voicemail.
Setup Email Notifications

If you would like to be notified by email every time you receive a voicemail make sure the switch next to enable email notification is blue.

If you would like the audio from the voicemail attached to the email make sure the switch next to attach voice message is blue.

If you enable email notifications make sure that your SaskDLC email address is showing under Email Address. If it is not make sure to update it.

If you would like SMS notification of voicemails make sure the switch next to enable sms notification is blue and you have typed in the phone number you would like the notification sent to.

Under IVR settings you can change the default language the system uses between English and French.

You can also switch the playback order of messages to either start with the newest message or the oldest.

If you do not want to listen to the options every time you dial into your voicemail make sure the switch next to Skip to messages is blue

If you just want to hear the callers name and not the date and time of the message, the phone number it is from and the length of the message make sure the switch next to Full envelope is grey.

If you want the voicemail system to auto login when you call from your SaskDLC phone number make sure the switch next to Auto Login is blue.

If you want to adjust the type of greeting your voicemail uses you can click the dropdown and choose from the list of options.

If you want to hear the greeting you have selected click the play button to the right of the current greeting dropdown.

If you want to record or upload a new greeting click the Record/Upload a greeting below the current greeting dropdown. Then select either load recorder to record a new greeting or audio file if you have already recorded a greeting and need to upload it.
