How to schedule a meeting with Outlook using Scheduling Assistant
1. Go to Calendar on the left side of the screen, and select New Event

2. Click on the Scheduling Assistant tab in the top ribbon.

3. The Scheduling Assistant will display a grid showing the free/busy times of all attendees. The bottom of the screen will show what each color means. This will differ depending on whether Outlook is in dark mode or light mode.

Add Attendees: If you need to add more attendees, you can type their names in any blank row in the Scheduling Assistant.
AutoPick: You can also use the AutoPick feature to automatically find the best meeting time based on the schedules of required attendees.
4. Press Done, and press Send to send the meeting request to the selected attendees.
